1. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed once you receive a message from us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund if paid online.

2. Airport Transfers

Drivers will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed. If you are delayed further, please contact us immediately. We track all flights to ensure timely pickups.

3. Excursions

Excursion schedules are subject to change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will always prioritize your safety.

4. Limitation of Liability

TuristeandoRD D&Y is not responsible for any lost items during transportation or excursions. Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle or boat.
